In 1988 Kobus Kuch opened its doors for the first time; a place for every Delfter. Meanwhile, this living room cafe has become one of the best known in Delft. Did you know that no less than 60,000 pieces of this apple pie are sold each year?

The Beestenmarkt

When you ask a real Delft raptor about his favorite spot in Delft, you hear nine times out of ten the answer 'the Beestenmarkt'. This cozy square is a real gathering place for everyone. Jazzcafé Bebop is a cozy old cafe with a beautiful courtyard garden where you can stay with many at night and during the day. Here you can enjoy a beer from the tap or bottle. They have more than 90 different kinds of beer(!) You can also often enjoy live music. The Bebop is also known for its large assortment of Whiskey's. 


The Waag

The original doors from the time of the city dare bring you in to eatery The Waag. The beautifully lit bar immediately gives you a warm welcome. A grand space, lively, yet intimate at any table. The Eetcafé is also a great place to sit outside. On a unique location behind the town hall, you can see the shoppers passing by, and you can see the historical elements on the facade of The Waag. Absolutely worth a visit!

With friendly staff and an attractive location, this is the ideal place to enjoy homemade apple pie, a delicious lunch, an extensive dinner or of course a delicious drink! Against the back of the authentic town hall of Delft is the terrace. Shielded from the wind, with delicious blankets to keep warm in the evenings. They really have something for everyone, from special beers to Gin-tonics!



The Bierfabriek is a brewery, cafe and restaurant in one. They brew their own beer and serve burgundian dishes. They are very proud of their signature dish: the charcoal grilled farm chicken. They think it's most important that you feel at home! Of course you can go there for the most varied kinds of home-brewed beer. They even offer beer cocktails!


Café de V

Café de V is located in the center of Delft. Café - Restaurant de V is located on the beautiful canals of Delft, right next to the famous church the Oude Jan. You enter it in a cozy warm cafe with a brown interior. From the café you have a view of the spacious restaurant with a pleasant light. The restaurant looks a lot like a conservatory, because of the beautiful glass roof. They offer every day a changing dish of the day and an extensive seasonal menu. You can go there every Saturday for the coziest live music.
